No physical products are shipped anywhere in the world.

Delivery
After your payment is successful, your order is delivered electronically.
You will receive access by download and/or email.
There is no postage, tracking number, or delivery courier.

Delivery time
Access is usually available immediately after purchase.
If you cannot find your files, check your email inbox and junk folder.

If you do not receive access
Email support@mrsjoneshomeschool.com with your order number.
We will resend the download link.

Returns of physical goods
We do not ship physical goods, so there are no physical returns.
